
Hi, I'm Jen, and I am the owner and sole instructor for Santosha Yoga Buffalo. I've been a yoga instructor since 2018. I've completed my 200 hr. training, an additional Accessible Yoga training, and I am working toward my advanced 300 hr. training. You truly are in good hands with me.
Since I began teaching yoga, my life and my health have changed dramatically. Since then I've been diagnosed with multiple autoimmune diseases and have had two back surgeries which have all affected my mobility and stamina.
As such, my teaching and my own practice has changed. I now only teach gentle classes that may include some very slow and accessible dynamic movement coupled with more restorative poses and breathwork and meditation.
If you're concerned that you might not know what to do or are worried you might fall behind, rest assured that will not happen in my classes. I support you and demonstrate all throughout class. So come check out why my classes might just be where you need to be right now.
